We ask that room selection be completed by the link below and by the date of Saturday, September 21, 2024. When planning your trip, please note the closest nearby airport is Dulles International Airport. If unable to fly into Dulles, the next closest is Reagan International Airport. 

The accommodations are located 3 minutes from the venue. On the day of the event, we will provide shuttle service to the venue. The shuttle can hold up to 12 passengers and there will only be a total of one round trip to the venue. So unfortunately, if it misses you, you will be responsible for providing your own transportation to and from the venue.
